1509 ne 10th ave Portland Oregon 97232 on November 23rd @
7pm.

Approved:
-Installing solar with Kiel paying upfront costs. Panels
will payback in under 10 years at which time the HOA will start collecting feed
in tariff money. The panels should cover nearly 100% of common electric usage.
-Jose is going to come up with project proposal for fence in
back
-Get two signs for front and back non-smoking
-Jose going to look at cleaning options
-2016 budget submitted. No increase in assessments,
potential savings from cleaning to go to increase reserve account.
