Board responded to a query from an owner with regard to plumbing connected to the unit may be leaking. Article IX, Section 1 (b) clearly states "Each unit owner shall be responsible for...plumbing... that may be in or connected with his unit regardless of whether such items are designated common elements." Briggs moves, Foster seconds that Foster will forward this information to the owner of the unit. Motion passes.
