Call box reset occurred last night

The board reset the call box last night to remove the access code for security purposes, as communicated to owners in two separate emails.  For the remainder of the week, the board will make nightly updates to the call box.  Beginning Sunday, however, updates will return to the regular weekly update schedule.

Please note that a glitch has occurred in the system, and guests may need to press "#," the unit number, followed by "#" to contact the resident.  We hope to have this issue fixed no later than tomorrow.

Owners who feel they need an access code may make a special request to the board at its next meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 26.  The meeting will be held in unit 103.  Written requests may be submitted in advance of the meeting and will be reviewed at the meeting.  Please review minutes from April 13, 2009.
