Reading and approval of the minutes
Minutes from meetings of August 21, October 23 were approved as read.
Motion made by Briggs:
That Carolyn contact the landscaping contractor to request that watering of the in-ground plants cease until April 2009, and that the driveway receive leaf removal treatment.
Motion adopted.
Motion made by Foster:
Budget as amended (attached).
Motion adopted.
Motion made by Briggs:
Any HOA dues collected that exceed HOA expenses should be applied to HOA reserves.
Motion adopted.
Motion made by Foster:
HOA Board to develop an online method of communication between the Board and owners/residents.
Motion adopted.
